Journal of Research and Development Institute, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University has been producing academic journals as a channel to disseminate academic works to researchers and academics. Issued 3 issues/year, namely issue 1 January-April, issue 2 May-August, and issue 3 September-December.

Every article has been screened by experts with specific expertise.

The important thing is to thank all the authors of the articles for their efforts to create academic works and to trust the Journal of the Research and Development Institute, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University as a channel to disseminate quality creations.

ขณะนี้ทางวารสารสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนาได้ยกเลิกหมายเลข ISSN เดิมคือ (ISSN 2697-4681 E-ISSN 2697-469X) เรียบร้อยแล้ว และอยู่ในกระบวนการยืนขอหมายเลข ISSN ใหม่ จากสำนักหอสมุดแห่งชาติ

สถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม ได้ดำเนินการจัดทำวารสารทางวิชาการเพื่อเป็นช่องทางในการเผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการให้กับนักวิจัยและนักวิชาการ  โดยออก 3 ฉบับ/ปี ทุกบทความได้ผ่านกระบวนการกลั่นกรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะเป็นอย่างดี กองบรรณาธิการขอขอบคุณผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer reviewer) ที่อนุเคราะห์กลั่นกรองบทความให้ได้มาตรฐานทางวิชาการซึ่งวารสารจะพยายามยกระดับมาตรฐานเพื่อเข้าสู่ฐาน Asian Citation Index (ACI) ต่อไป นอกจากนั้นสิ่งสำคัญต้องขอบพระคุณผู้แต่งบทความทุกท่านที่พยายามสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางวิชาการและให้ความไว้วางใจกับ Journal for Developing the Social and Community เป็นช่องทางในการเผยแพร่สิ่งสร้างสรรค์ที่มีคุณภาพเป็นอย่างดี ท่านที่สนใจจะตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานทางวิชาการหรือสืบค้นข้อมูลทางวิชาการ ตลอดจนการสืบค้นข้อมูลบทความได้ที่ เว็ปไซต์ https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/rdirmu/index กองบรรณาธิการขอขอบพระคุณคณะกรรมการกองบรรณาธิการทุกท่านที่อนุเคราะห์ให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงแก้ไขมาตรฐานการบริหารงานวิชาการของวารสารเพื่อให้บทความมีมาตรฐานทางวิชาการอย่างเหมาะสม
