ก้าวเข้าสู่ปีที่ 10 ฉบับที่ 2 ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นในการรักษาและยกระดับมาตรฐานวารสารอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่เผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านการเมือง การปกครอง และนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่นที่มีคุณภาพ โดยยังคงยึดมั่นในมาตรฐานการตีพิมพ์ทางวิชาการของศูนย์ดัชนีการอ้างอิงวารสารไทย (TCI) และแนวปฏิบัติของวารสารวิชาการในระดับสากล พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการสร้างองค์ความรู้ที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น สังคม และประเทศได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
