การศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารคุณภาพการศึกษาตามแนวคิด TQM ของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

วัตถุประสงค์ การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสภาพปัจจุบัน ความคาดหวัง และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารตามแนวคิด TQM
วิธีการศึกษา ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารและครู 232 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพด้วย IOC และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค 0.992 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและดัชนี PNI modified
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย มีค่าความต้องการจำเป็น สูงที่สุด เนื่องจากสภาพปัจจุบันอยู่ในระดับปานกลางขณะที่ความคาดหวังสูงมาก โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการวางแผน พัฒนาหลักสูตร และกิจกรรมคุณธรรม 2) ด้านการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีความจำเป็นเรื่องการดำเนินงานระบบประกันคุณภาพ และการนำผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมาใช้พัฒนาวิชาการ 3) ด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้า มีความต้องการจำเป็นในระดับปานกลาง เน้นเรื่องระบบบริหารจัดการและการเปิดรับความคิดเห็นจากผู้ปกครองและชุมชน
การนำไปใช้ โรงเรียนควรผสานแนวคิด TQM เข้ากับหลักการอิสลาม เพื่อสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่มีคุณภาพ โปร่งใส และเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
