2 Peer Review Policy

To uphold academic quality and scholarly integrity, JOIS implements a rigorous double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by at least three independent experts in the relevant field, with the identities of both authors and reviewers concealed throughout the review process.

Reviewers assess submissions based on originality, methodological rigor, scholarly contribution, and relevance to the journal’s scope. Recommendations provided by reviewers inform the editorial decision, and the final determination regarding publication rests with the Editor-in-Chief. All review activities are conducted confidentially, and reviewers are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

JOIS adopts the APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style to ensure international consistency, academic accuracy, and indexing compatibility.
