Abstract

          The purpose of this research paper was to study the general context and development guidelines for quality citizenship of Ban Nong Khanna community, Tamiang Tamiang, Phanom Dong Rak District. Surin which is a qualitative research The research samples were community leaders, wisdom teachers, village philosophers. and people in Ban Nong Khanna community Agriculture, Phanom Dong Rak District Phanom Dong Rak District Livestock Phanom Dong Rak District Commerce Community Development Phanom Dong Rak District Non-Formal Education, Phanom Dong Rak District, Tam Miang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Community Enterprise Ta Muen Castle Organic Agriculture Group Pan Dee Military Unit, Rama IX, 1,3,4, Mobile Development Unit 55 (Chaiyaphum), Nong Khanna Hospital, Prasat Thong Temple, Ban Nong Khanna School and students, who used a structured interview method. Conversation meeting record form and group discussion meetings Content analysis describes, interprets and explains.


          The results of the research revealed that 1) the context and general condition of the community found that the local community area at Ban Nong Khan Na Village, Village No. 5, Tamiang Sub-district, Phanom Dong Rak District Surin There are a total of 198 households with a total population of 573 people, categorized as 274 men and 299 women. The median income per household per year is 178,885.06 baht. both in terms of the need to develop the potential of the agricultural community To enhance the competitiveness of the economy and services Management of natural resources and the environment for improving the quality of life in terms of promoting and preserving arts and culture There is cooperation with all sectors to participate in volunteer activities which is a process to strengthen the unity of the community to realize, love and cherish one's own wisdom in the rights and duties of the democratic process with the King as Head of State. focusing on improving their quality of life From the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy and 2) Approaches to development towards quality citizenship of the community, it was found that there were 8 approaches, namely 1) Support for democratic governance with the King as Head of State 2) Respect for dignity and equality. and freedom of others; 3) respect for the rules of democratic governance; 4) participation in political and administrative activities; 5) having a sense of one's civic duty and self-confidence. 6) being optimistic, 7) knowing how to analyze rationally and constructively criticism, and 8) the lack of authoritarian mind.
