การดำเนินงานการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวช จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาหาระดับและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวชจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ กลุ่มประชากรได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวชจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 217 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
- การดำเนินงานการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวชจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวางแผน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหาและความต้องการ ด้านการดำเนินงานนิเทศ และ ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล เป็นอันดับสุดท้าย
- ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเดิมบางนางบวชจังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
