Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the expectations of local administrative organizations in the cooperation of the village headmen and village headmen, Muang District, Udon Thani Province2) to study the situation. problems and obstacles The practice of Kamnan and the village headman with the local government organizationand 3) To study the guidelines for improving and developing the operation of the Kamnan and the village headman with the local government organization, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province The researcher used an integrated research methodology. By quantitative research, the population is executives and local government officials who are heads of various departments of local government organizations The researcher randomly selected the sample group by choosing a specific sample of 10 populations in 20 sub-districts. The sample group consisted of 200 people. The research instruments were questionnaires and in-depth interviews. This statistic was used to analyze the data, i.e. percentage, mean and standard deviation. Findingare ;

A comparative analysis of the expectations of the local government organization with the actual performance of the village headman and village headman Overall, the actual performance was less than expected in every aspect. Kamnan and village headman perform their duties effectively and encourage people in the community to participate in investment planning. effective commerce and tourism in the community 5) Management and conservation of natural resources and the environment Kamnans and village headmen help encourage people in the community to participate in efficient management of natural resources and environment conservation. 6) Religion, arts and culture, customs and local wisdom; The village headman and village headman have publicized and helped encourage people in the community to participate in religious activities, arts and culture, customs and local wisdom,effectively 7) Management and support of the mission of government agencies and local government organizations; The village headman and the village headman coordinated and encouraged the people to participate in the effective performance of the missions of the government agencies.
