Journal of Liberal Arts, Ubon Ratchathani University

       It is a journal published both in Thai and English.

        This journal was evaluated for its quality and is indexed in Group 1 of the TCI database, the 5th round (2025-2029), 2nd phase (2026-2029).

       The journal calls for research papers, academic articles, and is published in the electronic journal format ISSN 3057-1499 (Online) from the 21th year, issue 1, January - June onwards.

     Submission fee:The author is requested to pay Article Processing Charge of 3,000 Thai Baht (non-refundable) for each accepted article after the initial review by the chief editor. However, the journal will waive the review fee for articles submitted to the system between March 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026.

           * The journal has implemented a publication fee for manuscripts submitted on or after 1 March 2026

Background

          The Faculty of Liberal Arts, Ubon Ratchathani University is a faculty that produces graduates in both undergraduate and graduate levels in the disciplines of humanities, social sciences, linguistics, and education. The faculty has always recognized the importance of developing and exchanging knowledge in the social and human sciences and other related fields; hence, the creation of the Journal of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Ubon Ratchathani University as a platform for academic dissemination. The first issue was published in 2004. Currently, it is issued biannually in order to disseminate academic work to the wider society.
