Abstract

Research on model of academic administration toward excellence in the digital era of primary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission have a purposes 1) To study the components, the guidelines, the condition, the problems, analyze the components, 2) To create the model, 3) To evaluate the model of academic administration toward excellence in the digital era of primary schools under the Office of Basic Education Commission (OBEC) in the north region. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, workshop, connoisseurships and public hearing. The data were analyzed using mean of over 3.51, standard deviation (S.D.), skewness (SW), kurtosis (KS), correlation coefficient, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).

          The results revealed that the results of the components consisted of a component and 5 guidelines. The condition was at the high level. The problem was at the low level. The analysis of components was found that the components were consistent with empirical data at the good level. The evaluation of the model of academic administration towards excellence in the digital era of primary schools under OBEC in the north region was found that the correction and the appropriateness were at the highest level. The model consisted of 8 sections as follows: 1) Principles. 2) Objectives. 3) Input. 4) Processes 5) Outputs. 6) Outcomes. 7) Impacts. 8) Supporting factors. The evaluation of the model of academic administration towards excellence in the digital era of primary schools under OBEC in the north region was found that the possibility and the utility were at the highest levels indicates that academic administration toward excellence in the digital era can be used as a guideline and applied to develop the quality of education.
