Attitudes and Behaviors on Thaichana Application of People at Phaya Thai District, Bangkok Metropolitan

Abstract

         This research aimed to study attitudes and behaviors on Thaichana Application of people in Phaya Thai District, Bangkok Metropolitan and contrastive study of Demography and to study problems and obstacles of attitudes and behaviors on Thaichana Application of people in Phaya Thai District. The sample consisted of 400 people. The data were collected using the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean ( ) and Standard Deviation (S.D.). t-test F-test.

         The results of this research found that most of people are males, aged between 25-40 years old and graduated with bachelor degree. The majority of this sample are employee of Government office with 15,001 - 20,000 baht monthly income. Attitudes on Thaichana Application of People in Phaya Thai District was at overall high level (   = 3.58, S.D. = .772). When considering each aspect by descending the mean from descending as follows selection of the cognitive aspect of using applications was of a high level of attitude. (   = 3.67, S.D. = .800). The policy has a very high level of attitude. (  = 3.62, S.D. = .870). Benefits of using the application have a very high level of attitude. (  = 3.45, S.D. = .832). The results of comparative analysis of demographic factors affecting attitudes and behaviors on the use of "Thai Chana" application among people in Phaya thai district and a test of research hypothesis. People in Phaya thai District with different sexes and average monthly income. The attitude and behavior of the application were significantly different at 0.05 level. And people in Phaya thai District with different aged, occupations There were no different attitudes and behaviors of the application.

         Problems and obstacles encountered include Inconvenience in accessing the application, Security issues and also most people have no confidence in using applications, they are some concerns about privacy and personal information leaking. At the same time, there are many places where ambiguity in practice came about.
