แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 สภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 333 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 112 คน และครู 221 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ทำการศึกษา คือ สถานศึกษาดูงานปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ จำนวน 2 แห่ง และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- 1. สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีดัชนีค่าความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมมีค่าความต้องการจำเป็น PNI modified = .10 เรียงลำดับดังนี้ 1) หลักความคุ้มค่า 2) หลักคุณธรรม 3) หลักความโปร่งใส 4) หลักการมีส่วนร่วม 5) หลักความรับผิดชอบ 6) หลักนิติธรรม
2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สรุปได้แนวทาง คือ กระบวนการในการดำเนินการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามหาสารคาม เขต 2 โดยการใช้คู่มือ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา 4) กระบวนการพัฒนา และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยมีผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทาง อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
