The objectives of this research are as follows: 1. To study the problems and needs. School administration according to good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province 2. To develop a model of school administration according to good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. 3. To test the model of school administration based on good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province Wat Thung Noi, Kui Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The study population was teachers, educational personnel. Board of Basic Education Institutions Student Council Students of Wat Thung Noi School, Kindergarten 2 - Grade 6 and stakeholders of the academic year 2020 are 8 teachers, 2 educational personnel, 9 school committees, 12 student council committees, Kindergarten 2 - Grade 6 students 122 people, 27 stakeholders.
The results of the research were as follows: 1. The results of the study of problems in educational institution administration according to the principles of good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, found that the current state of educational institution administration according to the principles of good governance According to the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kui Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province Overall, it was at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that The need for development of school administration according to good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province Overall, it is at the highest level. when considering each aspect It was found that the aspect that affected the level of development demand was at the highest level. In order of the highest averages are budget management, followed by personnel management in general administration and and the aspect with the lowest average was Academic administration.
- The result of the development of educational institution management model based on good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, which was developed, is called the “3S Model” with 5 main components: 1) Principles of Form 2) Objectives of the Model 3) Work System and Mechanism of the Model 4) Operation Process of the Model 5) Assessment of the Educational Institution Management Model according to Good Governance.
- The results of the experiment on the use of the educational institution administration model based on good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kui Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province found that of Wat Thung Noi School, Kui Buri District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province Overall, it is at the highest level. When considering each aspect, it was found that All aspects were assessed at the highest level. The aspect with the highest average was personnel management, followed by academic administration and general administration, which had the same average. and the side with the lowest mean is budget management.
- The results of the assessment of the school administration model according to the principles of good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province After the development of the school administration model based on good governance in the context of Wat Thung Noi School, Kuiburi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, it was found that the overall relationship was at the highest level.
