แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็น และแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์และความต้องการจำเป็นการบริหารงานวิชาการภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 278 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 45 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 233 เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.78 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาดูงานด้านการปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศ จำนวน 2 แห่ง ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน เพื่อประเมินแนวทาง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แบบประเมินวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. สภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก สภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ 1) การจัดการเรียนการสอนในวิถีการเรียนรู้ใหม่ (PNI Modified = .17) 2) การพัฒนาครูในวิถีการเรียนรู้ใหม่ (PNI Modified = .16) 3) การประเมินผลในวิถีการเรียนรู้ใหม่ (PNI Modified = .09) และ 4) การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการ (PNI Modified = .08)
2. แนวทางการพัฒนา คือ กระบวนการและวิธีการดำเนินงานเพื่อพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการภายใต้สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) ของสถานศึกษาขนาดเล็กสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาฬสินธุ์ เขต 2 โดยมีองค์ประกอบของแนวทาง ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) เนื้อหา4) กระบวนการพัฒนา และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล และมีผลการประเมินความหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
