แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 136 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 13 คน และครู จำนวน 123 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.22 - 0.89 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.88 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ทำการศึกษา คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดถึงต่ำสุด ดังนี้ 1) การสร้างบรรยากาศและสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ 2) การบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากร 4) การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนมี และ 5) การพัฒนาคุณภาพนักเรียน ตามลำดับ
- แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด ได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมุ่งเน้นให้ความสำคัญในความแตกต่างและความต้องการของผู้เรียน 2) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรปรับลดโครงการหรือกิจกรรมลงหรือบูรณาการเข้าด้วยกัน 3) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการกำกับ ติดตามและประเมินผลความก้าวหน้าในการดำเนินงานตามวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและเป้าหมายโดยการมีส่วนร่วม 4) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ครูผู้สอนทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และ 5) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในชุมชนและท้องถิ่นเพื่อจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา
