การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 1 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา สถานภาพ และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 1 จำนวน 304 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 1 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.979 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (Independent-Samples t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one-way ANOVA) และทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีแอลเอสดี least significant difference (LSD) ของฟิชเชอร์ (Fisher)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
- การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี เขต 1 จำแนกตาม เพศ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนวุฒิการศึกษา สถานภาพ ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
