Strategic Leadership in the 21st Century of School Administrators under the Office of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area 1

This research aimed to: 1) study the strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators under the Office of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, and 2) compare the strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators under the Office of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area 1 based on gender, educational qualifications, status, and work experience as perceived by school administrators and teachers. The sample consisted of 304 school administrators and teachers under the Office of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research instrument was a questionnaire assessing perceptions of the strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators. The reliability of the instrument was 0.979. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent-samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Fisher’s least significant difference (LSD) method for post hoc comparisons.
The findings revealed that:
1) The overall level of strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators, as perceived by administrators and teachers under the Office of Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, was high.
2) When comparing strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators based on gender, no significant differences were found. However, significant differences were found in the overall perceptions based on educational qualifications, status, and work experience at a statistical significance level of .05.
