Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study level of opinion about factors affected the success of the supported personnel Rajabhat Mahasarakham University’s study of relationship about factors affected the success of the supported personnel Rajabhat Mahasarakham University and other suggestion. The sample consisted of 213 personnel of Mahasarakham Rajabhat University, Sampling technique with Taro Yamane method. The research instruments were a rating - scale questionnaire. The statistics used percentage, mean, frequency, standard deviation (SD), Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and analysis about factors affected the success of the support personal by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of research were as follow: 1) The overall of opinion was rated at a moderate level. 2)The relationship of factors that affect the success of the work was a correlation coefficient between 0.168 – 0.685 3) Factors affected the success of the support personal Rajabhat Mahasarakham University include job satisfaction, achievement, organization atmosphere, teamwork, compensation and benefits. The correlation coefficient was 0.941 and descriptive variation was 88 percentage significantly at 0.05 level. 4) The study also suggested: Should organize for personnel to develop teamwork skill together, should provide training for various knowledge, encourage personnel to participate in determining operational guidelines and there should be various facilities and modern facilities in the work place.
