Factors in Changing Leadership of Executives Affects the performance of personnel of Technical Buriram College

This research aimed to study and compare. Opinion of personnel towards Factors in Changing Leadership of Executives affects the performance of personnel of Technical Buriram College. Classified by gender, work experience. and status. The population in this research include teachers and educational personnel of the Technical Buriram College academic year 2020, 281 people used in research. Research tools as a questionnaire, it is characterized as a 5-level estimation scale with reliability equal to 0.84. The basic statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the statistics used to test the hypothesis are t-test , F-test , Scheffe test's Method.
The results of the research found that
- Opinions of personnel regarding Factors in Changing Leadership of Executives affects the performance of personnel of Technical Buriram College. Overall, it was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that Factors in Leadership Change of Executives At a high level in every item. The averages were arranged in descending order ; motivational aspect. in stimulating the use of intelligence ideological influence or creating prestige The aspect of taking into account the individuality
- Comparative analysis of personnel opinions regarding Factors in Changing Leadership of Executives affects the performance of personnel of Technical Buriram College. Classified by gender and position. Analyzed by statistical t-test and work experience using F-test found that
