Abstract

This research’s objectives for study the impact from management of organization capacity and organization behavior to effectiveness in prevention and suppression of human trafficking of Lampang Provincial Police Division. The sample that use in the research is police officer of human trafficking of Lampang Provincial Police Division for 375 persons, a tool that use in the research is the questionnaire that is valuable the confidence follows the way seeks alpha coefficient of wait for, equal to 0.97 analysis the data by use manner statistics describes and analysis the effect by use the way analysis the algebraic equation, structure, the research result can summarize that, the watermelon abundantly research hypothesis has the accordance and empirical data with statistics value, ?2 = 83.097, df = 65, p =.065, ?2/df = 1.278, GFI =.973,,= and, RMSEA =.027, and be influential between, the variable in the watermelon abundantly as follows, be (1) organization capacity affects the direct way builds [ wasp ] the effect in the prevention and subdue human business, by valuable influence coefficient equals to 0.64 and affect indirect build [ wasp ] the effect in the prevention and, subdue human business, by valuable influence coefficient equals to 0.21, and (2) Organization behavior affects the direct way builds [ wasp ] the effect in the prevention and subdue, human business, by valuable influence coefficient equals to 0.27.
