Abstract

Many organizations make an effort to develop an organizational culture of teamwork (Teamwork) by allocating funds, scheduling events, and staff time and resources, as well as by investing in training. The practice of teamwork necessitates collaboration from every member of the organization. Employee collaboration and interdependence must be fostered by the organization. The purposes of this research were to 1) study the current and the desirable state of development for Teachers' teamwork competency under the secondary service area office Kalasin and 2) study the development guidelines for Teachers' teamwork competency under the secondary service area office Kalasin. The research process was divided into 2 phases: Phase 1; to study the current and the desirable state of development for Teacher's teamwork competency. The sample group used in the research was 296 people, 79 school administrators and 217 teachers. The research tool was a questionnaire, confidence of the whole .87. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Phase 2; to study the development guidelines for the teamwork of teachers. The target group is 9 experts. The research tool was interview form, Data analysis by content analysis.

The research results were found that

  1. The current state overall was high average and the desirable state overall was at the highest level. The priority need to be ranked from high to low level were 1) human relations 2) creative communication 3) trust 4) goals together and 5) co-operation
  2. Development guidelines for the teamwork of teachers under the secondary service area office Kalasin was teacher development guide teamwork of teacher, including (1) principal (2) objectives (3) process of development (4) Content, and (5) measurement and evaluation.

In conclusion, the study found that although teacher collaboration in Kalasin is currently at a high level, it could be even higher, with a focus on cooperation, human connections, innovative communication, trust, and shared objectives. Principles, objectives, development procedures, content, and techniques for measurement and assessment are all included in development guidelines.
