Abstract

This research examined to test the relationship between Modern Accounting
Information System Competency and Organizational Success of Listed Companies in
Thailand. The sampling group was 120 persons in supporting staff of Listed Companies
in Thailand. The tool in this research was the questionnaire. The data were analyzed
by multiple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression
analysis.
The results showed that : 1) modern accounting Information system
competency risk management in the caring others had relationship positive to
organizational success, financial perspective and customer perspective. 2) modern
accounting Information system competency Intraorganization Integration in the caring
others had relationship positive to organizational success internal perspective.
Therefore, accounting executive to realize and apply information technology as
a tool to operate. To solve the problem or help in the operation to facilitate the
speed, and to increase the ability to coordinate work, reduce costs, resulting in
effective results from the application of information technology to achieve the
organizational success.
