The strengthening the network of innovation Literacy development to enhance the health Literacy.

Abstract

This research is intended to 1) Study the status, potential and needs school literacy development 2) Develop tools for managing learning and assessing literacy skills 3) Develop effective and appropiated learning management innovation 4) Develop a network-driven mechanism system by the target schools, can upgrade to a learning center. That is lady to expand. Target schools are schools in Nan province, 6, Phrae province 15 schools and Uttaradit province 6 schools, including 27 schools. By using the research concept of University engagement. The tools used are survey forms, problems and needs for school read-out development, Report form for production of innovative media develop of literacy, promote health literacy and evaluation form using innovative meting to develop literacy skills, promote health literacy. Data analysis used content analysis and premilitary statistics are frequency and percentage values.

            The research found that 1) The target group of 27 schools with a total of 2,627 students. Before starting the project, 78.94 percent of the students were able to read and write, after joining the project, the number of students reading increased by 87.64 percent. As for students who were not able to read and write, it was found that Uttaradit province had not 6 able to read and write 11.64 percent, after joining the project, students in the Uttaradit province have a number of students who cannot read and write down by 4.01 percent. 2) Creating innovative media, developing literacy, promoting health literacy target schools produce the most tales/small booklets, followed by reading training and reading and writing skills respectively. 3) Using innovative media of school used, used in family and used in communities the most popular innovative media from students, including stories/booklets, produce the most tales/small booklets, followed by reading training and reading and writing skills respectively. 3) Using innovative media of schools target, use 3 style for school/used, used in family and used in communities.
