Abstract

The improvement of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, has 4 objectives; 1) to survey the current situation and the needs on the improvement of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province 2) to design and initiate the format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province 3) to assay the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province and 4) to evaluate the learning format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province. The research was divided into 4 phases; the 1st phrase: survey the current situation and the needs on the improvement of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, the 2nd phrase: design and initiate the learning format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, the 3ed phrase: assay the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province and the 4th phrase: evaluate the learning format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province. The findings are;


  1. The result of current situation and the needs on the improvement of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, is generally on the average level. The need on the improvement of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, is on the highest level.

  2. PUDTAPOOM MODEL is the format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, which is in form of wheel applying the positive psychological methods to be the heart of the learning process of the supervisory activities. The assessment result of the format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, found that all dimensions are generally on the high level.

  3. The findings of the assay of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, found that;

              3.1 the evaluation on the effectiveness of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, Tessabal 3 School (Wat Bhuddhaphoommi), Yala province, is generally on the high level.


              3.2 the evaluation result on the student quality;


                   3.2.1 the percentage of the students who have grading at level 3 or more, of the total students on the 4th - 6th grade, divided by the learning major section, year 2018, is higher than the result of year 2017, of all 9 learning major sections.


                   3.2.2 The average percentage on the national test (NT) of the students on the 3rd grad, in the section of language, calculation and statistics in year 2018, is higher than year 2017.


                   3.2.3 The average percentage on the O-NET of the students on the 6th grade, in the learning section of Thai language and the foreign language in year 2018, is higher than year 2017 but in the learning section of mathematics and science have lower average percentage.


  1. The evaluation result of the learning format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality,found that the satisfaction of the school management, teachers, the school committee and the parents towards the learning format of the supervisory activities with the positive psychological methods, aiming to encourage the teacher’s learning to the student’s quality, is generally at the high level and in all dimensions are evaluated at the high level.
