Abstract

The buying and selling by installment is a kind of buying that popular for most people since the past until now, exspecially whom that earning money is low, they can sell something that they needs with few money , however according to Islamic laws there are some conditions and rules to make the buying and selling by Installment complete and valid , without this conditions and rules ,it will bring the seller and buyer to receive assets by wrongly and make the buying invalid.
