Abstract

          This research has the objective To study the level of efficiency in the performance of personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1) to study and compare the efficiency of performance of Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1) classified by personal factors And to study the internal factors (7S Mckinsey) that correlated with the efficiency of the personnel of Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1). In the study, the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1 (South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1), totaled 322 people and interviewed 30 personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1). Used in data analysis Such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis test was used by independent sample t-test and the difference test between the mean of more than 2 sample groups using one-way analysis of variance. ANOVA) and Multiple regression analysis at a significant level of 0.05.

          The results of the research revealed that the overall efficiency of the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1)  was at a high level. As for the hypothesis testing, it was found that different age and educational level had different efficacy in performance. Significantly achieved a statistic at 0.05 level of internal factors (7S Mckinsey) with 5 variables: strategy, structure, style, system and personnel. There was a significant relationship with the efficiency of the personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South) Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1)  statistically set at 0.05 level, while the results of interviews with personnel of the Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South) Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1)  of 30 people, it was found that most of them had the same opinion that the internal factors (7S Mckinsey) consisted of Strategy, Structure, Style (Style), System.Staff, Skill, and Shared Value are related to efficiency in performance of Provincial Electricity Authority Area 1(South)Phetchaburi Province (PEA.S1).
