The Development E-training online curriculum using Task based learning to enhance English listening skill for Pre-service teachers

Abstract

The aims of this research were: 1) to study the fundamental data for development E-training online curriculum. 2) to develop and find the efficiency of E-training online curriculum. 3) to study the results of E-training online curriculum implementation in the following: 3.1) the  learning outcome in English listening skill. 3.2) the pre-service teachers learning satisfaction and 4) to evaluate and improve E-training online curriculum using task based learning to enhance English listening skill for pre-service teachers. The sample group was 60 pre-service teachers at Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University in the second semester of academic year 2022 by volunteer sampling. The instruments of this study were E-training online curriculum, English listening test, learning satisfaction assessment form, and curriculum questionnaire. The findings: 1) the curriculum development was in need to enhance English listening skill for pre-service teachers by using self-directed learning on learning platform. 2) the developed curriculum consisted of objectives, training period, course structure, online training process, and evaluation and efficiency equal 81.01/81.10. 3) the pre-service teachers achievement in English listening skill after learning was higher than before learning at the statistically significant level of .01 and learning satisfaction was at the highest level. And 4) The evaluation curriculum in the following: context, fundamental factor, process, and output were at a highest level.
