Abstract

            The objectives of this research are 1) to study the problem of educational management in the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus 2019 of Benjamit Saraburi School Group 2) to study the method of educational management after the epidemic situation of the Coronavirus 2019 according to Four Bases of Success of Benjamit Saraburi School Group 3) To propose guidelines for educational management after the epidemic situation of Coronavirus 2019 according to Four Bases of Success of Benjamit Saraburi School Group. The method of this research was to use the integrated research methodology as follows: Qualitative research method which interviewed 5 experts using content analysis and questioned a sample group of 162 government teachers and educational personnel. The statistics are percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

          There were 5 aspects in each aspect. Mean and standard deviation according to the opinions of administrators, teachers and educational personnel in the epidemic situation of the coronavirus 2019 were at high and moderate levels. The opinion level of each item was at a high level, for example, On-site format, studying at school had a mean of 4.07 and a standard deviation of 0.67. On-line format, learning via the Internet the mean was 3.98 and the standard deviation was 0.83. On-demand model of teaching and learning management through electronic media the mean is 3.91, the standard deviation is 0.84. On-hand format, studying at home with papers the mean was 3.88, the standard deviation was 0.94. The items of the opinion level were at moderate level such as On-air format, studying through the Satellite Distance Education Foundation the mean was 3.20 and the standard deviation was 1.22, respectively.
