Production quality control system management model for Sisaket Durian LAVA according to the Thai Geographical Indication (GI) products standard of durian farmers in Sisaket Province.

Abstract

This research objective was to study the production conditions of Sisaket Durian Lava and study the management of the quality control system for the production of Si Sa Ket Durian Lava products according to Thai Geographical Indication Products (GI) standards of durian farmers in Sisaket province. This research is a qualitative research by in-depth interview Focus group and workshop seminar. The target population was the key stakeholders in the government sector and durian farmers in Sisaket Province. Using select specification. The data obtained from in-depth interviews, focus group and workshops to examine data by triangulation method, synthesized data and concludes the essay and has been presented at the 6th Rajabhat Research National Academic Conference during 17-18 August 2020 at Chandrakasem Rajabhat University.

The finding of this study in conclusion, Sisaket Durian Lava has been registered as a geographical indication product with the department of Intellectual Property. Ministry of Commerce.
