PARTICIPATORY ADMINISTRATION AFFECTING THE OPERATION ACCORDING TO EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS OF SCHOOLS IN PRACHINBURI PROVINCE UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE PRACHINBURI NAKHON NAYOK

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of participatory administration in schools; 2) the level of the operation according to educational standards of schools; 3) the relationship between participatory administration and the operation according to educational standards of schools; and 4)participatory administration affecting the operation according to educational standards of schools in Prachinburi province under secondary education service area office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok. The samples consisted of 261 administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research founds that: 1. The overall level of participatory administration was at a high level ranking by the mean scores from highest to lowest as follows: the Collaboration in determining the objective and goal, the Decentralization, the Trustworthiness, the Decision makings and the Communication and exchange of information. 2. The overall success level of the operation according to educational standard were at high level ranking by the average scores from highest to lowest as follows: Quality of students, Student-centered instructional process and Management and management process. 3. the relationship between participatory administration and the operation according to educational standard of schools was the most significantly positive correlation (rxy= .651) with statistical significance at .01 4. Participatory administration in terms of the Decentralization, the Collaboration in determining the objective and goal and the Decision makings affected the operation according to educational standard of schools in Prachinburi province under secondary education service area office Prachinburi Nakhon Nayok with the statistical significance at .05. They could be used to predicted the quality of students at 46.1 percent. The predictive equation could be written in form of standard scores as Z¢y = .305(Z5) + .211(Z4) + .204(Z1)
