Abstract
The objectives of this research consisted of two objectives 1) investigate roles of school administrators on instructor development to education management in the digital era at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area. 2) For prepare instructor development to education management in the digital era at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area follow the opinion of school administors and teacher that classification by teacher's experience , educational background (education degree) and sample school size.
This research is quantitative research. The subject sample for this research are school administors and teacher that active instructor at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area 263 participate. Research instrument are questionnaire. Research statistics are frequency, percentage,mean, standard deflection and one way ANOVA
Research result 1) Analysis result of roles of school administrators on instructor development to education management in the digital era at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area by opinion overview are high level (2)Analysis result of prepare instructor development to education management in the digital era at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area follow the opinion of school administors and teacher that classification by teacher's experience , educational background (education degree) and sample school size by overview of each aspect that found work of experience and different school size have overview opinion about roles of school administrators on instructor development to education management in the digital era at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area that differential at statistical significance .05 , different educational background (education degree) have overview opinion about roles of school administrators on instructor development to education management in the digital era at schools under the Prachuap Khiri Khan secondary educational service area that no difference at statistical significance .05
