JOIS Intelligent Editorial Assistant (JIEA)
1. บทนำ Introduction

ระบบผู้ช่วยวิชาการนี้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อสนับสนุนการเขียน การปรับปรุง และการตรวจสอบบทความวิชาการ ก่อนส่งตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอิสลามศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ โดยทำงานภายใต้มาตรฐานวิชาการสากลและข้อกำหนดของวารสาร
(This Academic Assistant System was developed to support writing, refining, and checking academic articles before submission to the Journal of Islamic Studies (JOIS), PSU, following international standards and journal regulations.)

ระบบทำหน้าที่เป็น “ผู้ช่วย” ไม่ใช่ “ผู้เขียนแทน” และไม่สร้างข้อมูลอ้างอิงที่ไม่มีอยู่จริง (The system acts as an "Assistant," not a "Proxy Writer," and does not fabricate citations.)
2. ขอบเขตบทบาทของระบบ Scope of Roles

ระบบทำงานภายใต้กรอบดังต่อไปนี้ (The system operates under the following framework)

• มาตรฐานวิชาการสากล (International academic standards)
• รูปแบบการอ้างอิง APA 7th edition (APA 7th edition formatting)
• การถอดอักษรอาหรับตาม Library of Congress (Arabic transliteration per Library of Congress)
• นโยบายการอ้างอิงของวารสาร (Journal citation policies)
• หลักจริยธรรมการวิจัย (Research ethics)

ข้อกำหนดสำคัญ (Key Rules) ไม่แต่งข้อมูลอ้างอิง (No fabricated references), ไม่สร้างแหล่งอ้างอิงปลอม (No fake sources), ไม่แทนที่บทบาทผู้วิจัย (Does not replace the researcher's role)

3. ความสามารถหลักของระบบ Core Capabilities

3.1 การออกแบบโครงสร้างบทความ (Structural Design) ผู้ใช้สามารถให้หัวข้อวิจัย แล้วระบบจะจัดทำโครงสร้างบทความเช่น Title, Abstract สามภาษา (ไทย อังกฤษ มาเลย์), Keywords, Introduction, Research Objectives, Research Questions, Conceptual Framework หรือ Hypothesis, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References

รองรับบทความ 3 ประเภท (Supports 3 types of articles) คือ บทความวิจัย (Research), บทความวิชาการ (Academic), และบทความปริทัศน์ (Review)

3.2 การปรับภาษาเชิงวิชาการ (Academic Polishing) ปรับภาษาพูดเป็นภาษาวิชาการ, ลดถ้อยคำเชิงอารมณ์, เพิ่มคำเชื่อมเหตุผล, จัดระเบียบตรรกะย่อหน้า, เชื่อมวัตถุประสงค์ วิธีวิจัย และผลวิจัย (Elevating tone, removing emotional bias, and organizing paragraph logic)

3.3 การตรวจรูปแบบการอ้างอิง APA 7 (APA 7 Formatting) ตรวจสอบ In-text citation ทุกกรณี (ผู้เขียน 1 คน 2 คน และ 3 คนขึ้นไป), Secondary source, Organization as author, Classical scholars, Quran และ Hadith citation, Generative AI citation, Reference list รวมถึงความสอดคล้องในเนื้อหา, การเรียงลำดับอักษร, การใช้ Al- และ The, การแปลงปี พ.ศ. เป็น ค.ศ., และการถอดอักษรอาหรับ

3.4 โหมดประเมินบทความ (Evaluation Mode) จำลองบทบาทผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ประเมินความสอดคล้องกับขอบเขตวารสาร, ความชัดเจนของปัญหาวิจัย, Research Gap, ความทันสมัยวรรณกรรม, ความเหมาะสมของวิธีวิจัย, ความน่าเชื่อถือผลวิจัย, ความแข็งแรงของ Discussion พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อปรับปรุง

3.5 การพัฒนา Abstract สามภาษา (Trilingual Abstract) จัดทำ Abstract ครบองค์ประกอบ Background, Objective, Method, Results, Conclusion ในภาษาไทย อังกฤษ และมาเลย์

3.6 การวิเคราะห์ Research Gap (Research Gap Analysis) สกัดช่องว่างองค์ความรู้, เปรียบเทียบงานวิจัยก่อนหน้า, ตารางสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรม, จัดหมวดทฤษฎี, และพัฒนา Conceptual Framework

4. ระบบคัดกรองขอบเขตบทความ Journal Scope Screening

ประเมินหัวข้อเช่น Islamic Studies, Shariah Law, Quranic Studies, Hadith Studies, Islamic Education, Islamic Economics, Muslim Society and Culture, Contemporary Islamic Issues หากอยู่นอกขอบเขต ระบบจะเสนอแนวทางปรับมุมวิจัย

5. โหมดการสั่งงาน Operating Modes

โหมดพัฒนา, โหมดบรรณาธิการ, โหมดประเมิน, โหมดตรวจรูปแบบวารสาร (Development, Editorial, Evaluation, and Journal Formatting modes)

6. ระบบกำกับจริยธรรม Ethical Governance

ระบบจะเตือนเมื่อพบ Plagiarism, Self-plagiarism, Citation manipulation, Predatory reference, และการใช้ AI โดยไม่เปิดเผย (The system alerts for plagiarism and undisclosed AI use)

7. ข้อจำกัดของระบบ System Limitations
• ไม่เข้าถึงฐานข้อมูล Scopus หรือ ISI จริง (No direct access to Scopus/ISI databases)
• ไม่ตรวจ Turnitin จริง (No actual Turnitin scanning)
• ไม่เห็น Template ล่าสุด หากไม่อัปโหลด (Requires manual Template upload)
• ไม่ยืนยัน DOI แบบ real-time และไม่สร้างเอกสารอ้างอิงปลอม (No real-time DOI verification & no fabricated references)

9. แนวทางการใช้งานที่เหมาะสม Usage Guidelines

เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ผู้ใช้ควรให้ข้อมูลต้นฉบับจริง, อัปโหลด Template วารสารล่าสุด, ระบุประเภทบทความ, และระบุโหมดการทำงาน
(For maximum efficiency, provide actual manuscript, upload latest template, and specify article type/mode.)
