Abstract

Objective: The research aims to reveal the ambiguity about the issue of Covid-19 vaccines, in terms of rejection and acceptance among societies at the global level.

Methodology:  To achieve the goals set in the research, we followed the descriptive analysis approach.

Research Finding: To present and discuss the problem of this research, the research reached several results, the most important of which are: that the issue of vaccine refusal is not a new issue, rather it happened in the past with some vaccines designated for some diseases, and that the specialized vaccines for Covid-19 went through all stages of safety, before obtaining the license to use, The medical reports also proved that most deaths after receiving the vaccination are not directly related to the vaccine, and that mild offending symptoms are normal in these vaccines, and there is no need to fear and worry about them. And that the Sharia’s position on these vaccines is due to the fact that their ratio is predominant between the good and the bad. after verifying the validity of the information about the vaccine, in terms of effectiveness and safety.

Contribution: after conducting this research is to urge people to take vaccinations; Based on what was shown of the positive aspects more than the negative aspects, and in view of what was evident from the small percentage of those who were exposed to danger than those who were not exposed to something, this means - according to our understanding - that the benefit in it is greater than the evil, and this is what the purposes are seen to build their judgments in Islamic law.
