บทคัดย่อ

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: บทความวิชาการนี้สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เชิงสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนชนบท วิเคราะห์ช่องว่างของวรรณกรรม และนำเสนอกรอบแนวคิด AI-STORY เป็นรูปแบบการประเมินเชิงแนวคิด เพื่อตรวจสอบว่าการบูรณาการ GenAI สอดคล้องกับบริบทโรงเรียน เป้าหมายหลักสูตร จริยธรรม การใช้จริงในชั้นเรียน และหลักฐานผลลัพธ์เพียงใด

ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย: ใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมแบบมุ่งเป้าและการสังเคราะห์เชิงมโนทัศน์ ครอบคลุม 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ GenAI ทางการศึกษา การพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู บริบทโรงเรียนชนบท ความฉลาดรู้ด้าน AI และจริยธรรม AI จากนั้นจัดหลักฐานเป็น 3 ชั้น และวิเคราะห์ผ่าน 7 มิติของ AI-STORY ได้แก่ Analyze, Identify, Scaffold, Transform, Optimize, Run และ Yield

ผลการวิจัย: ผลการสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะงานด้าน GenAI ทางการศึกษาในช่วง ค.ศ. 2023–2025 สะท้อนว่าหลักฐานมีความเข้มแข็งด้านการออกแบบแนวคิด การกำหนดเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ ความพร้อมของครู และการวิเคราะห์บริบท แต่ยังมีหลักฐานจำกัดเกี่ยวกับการนำทรัพยากรที่สร้างด้วย AI ไปใช้จริงในชั้นเรียน และผลลัพธ์ระดับผู้เรียน งานจำนวนมากยังเน้นทัศนคติ ความมั่นใจ หรือการใช้เครื่องมือ มากกว่าผลเชิงการสอนที่ตรวจสอบได้

สรุปผล: กรอบ AI-STORY เสนอเป็นรูปแบบการประเมินเชิงแนวคิดสำหรับตรวจสอบคุณภาพ การบูรณาการ GenAI ในการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนชนบท กรอบนี้ไม่ใช่รายการตรวจสอบเชิงขั้นตอน แต่ช่วยให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องพิจารณาความสอดคล้องกับบริบท การสนับสนุนครู การตรวจสอบจริยธรรม การใช้จริงในชั้นเรียน และหลักฐานผลลัพธ์ ก่อนสรุปคุณค่าทางการศึกษาของ GenAI
