ผลของการประยุกต์กระบวนการการคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking) เพื่อพัฒนาหนังสือเล่มเล็ก เรื่อง สายธารแห่งความดี

ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์: การยกระดับคุณภาพสมรรถนะนักเรียนมาตรฐานสากล ด้านการอ่าน เป็นความท้าทายต่อวงการศึกษาไทยที่ต้องพัฒนาค่าผลคะแนนทดสอบ PBTS หรือ PISA ด้านการอ่าน ของนักเรียนทุกคนให้สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ ทั้งหมด 2 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาหนังสือเล่มเล็ก เรื่อง สายธารแห่งความดี ด้วยกระบวนการการคิดเชิงออกแบบ และ 2) เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนหลังอ่านหนังสือเล่มเล็ก เรื่อง สายธารแห่งความดี ที่พัฒนาด้วยกระบวนการการคิดเชิงออกแบบ
ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัย: การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) รูปแบบเชิงปริวรรตแบบเกิดพร้อมกัน (concurrent Transformative) ซึ่งผู้มีส่วนร่วมในการวิจัย จำนวน 29 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญประเมินคุณภาพสื่อการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 9 คน และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นนักเรียนทดลองใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 20 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ความน่าจะเป็น (Probability Sampling) รูปแบบการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่่ใช้ในการวิิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือเล่มเล็กที่พัฒนาด้วยกระบวนการการคิดเชิงออกแบบและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหนังสือเล่มเล็กที่พัฒนาด้วยกระบวนการการคิดเชิงออกแบบ ทั้งนี้ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย: 1) ผลการประเมินคุณภาพหนังสือเล่มเล็ก เท่ากับค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 4.37 (S.D. 0.20) ที่แปลผลได้ว่าเหมาะสมมาก และ 2) ผลการความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหนังสือเล่มเล็ก เท่ากับค่าเฉลี่ยรวม 2.21 (S.D. 0.49) ที่แปลผลได้ว่าพึงพอใจปานกลาง
สรุปผล: กระบวนการการคิดเชิงออกแบบสามารถสร้างหนังสือเล่มเล็กที่ส่งเสริมทักษะหรือนิสัยรักการอ่านได้อย่างเหมาะสม อีกทั้ง ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อความพึงพอใจจากผู้ใช้ เนื่องด้วยกระบวนการทำงานในข้างต้น มีจุดเด่นคือมุ่งแก้ไขปัญหามีความเป็นระบบ เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด และสร้างความถูกใจแก่ผู้สร้างนวัตกรรมรวมไปถึงผู้ใช้งานนวัตกรรม
