ยุทธศาสตร์การจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่สอดคล้อง กับความต้องการของสังคม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2) ศึกษาความต้องการของสังคมต่อการจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และ3) นำเสนอยุทธศาสตร์การจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยมีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 768 คน การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญจำนวน 45 คน และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- สภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ประกอบด้วย ด้านทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ด้านการผลิตบัณฑิต และด้านบริการวิชาการตามลำดับ
- ความต้องการของสังคมต่อการจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ (1) ด้านผลิตบัณฑิต ได้แก่ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นและบูรณาการนวัตกรรมในการเรียนการสอน (2) ด้านการวิจัย ได้แก่ การสร้างเครือข่ายด้านการวิจัยระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยกับองค์กรท้องถิ่น (3) ด้านการบริการวิชาการ ได้แก่ การพัฒนาระบบการให้บริการทางวิชาการสู่การจัดทำหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น แล (4) ด้านการทํานุบํารุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่ บูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นสู่ระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัย
- ยุทธศาสตร์การจัดการศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคม ประกอบด้วย 4 ยุทธศาสตร์ คือ (1) การจัดการศึกษาเพื่อความมั่นคงของท้องถิ่น (2) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบัณฑิตสู่สังคมดิจิทัล (3) การบูรณาการบริการวิชาการ การวิจัย และนวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต และ (4) การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการศึกษา
