กรอบการพัฒนาการรู้สารสนเทศ สื่อและดิจิทัลสำหรับนักศึกษาทางไกลระดับอุดมศึกษา

วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากรอบการพัฒนาการรู้สารสนเทศ สื่อ และดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสมสำหรับนักศึกษาทางไกล
วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเอกสารและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แหล่งข้อมูลหลักประกอบด้วย เอกสาร ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการศึกษาทางไกล การรู้สารสนเทศ การรู้สื่อ และการรู้ดิจิทัล ประเทศไทย และฟิลิปปินส์ จำนวน 12 คน ผู้สอน นักออกแบบระบบการสอน และบรรณารักษ์ทีรับผิดชอบการพัฒนานักศึกษา มสธ. จำนวน 20 คน และผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการนำไปทดลองใช้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้สอน บรรณารักษ์ และนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มสธ. รวม 38 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจงกระจายตามระดับการศึกษา สาขาวิชา และตามความสมัครใจ เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสนทนากลุ่ม และกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้น การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์ เนื้อหา และสรุปความ
ข้อค้นพบ: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบการพัฒนาการรู้สารสนเทศ สื่อและดิจิทัลสำหรับนักศึกษาทางไกล รูปแบบ “3 เอส” (Student –Staff –System) ประกอบด้วย หลักการ กลยุทธ์ และ ตัวชี้วัด โดยเน้นนักศึกษาเป็นศูนย์กลางการพัฒนาแบบองค์รวม บทบาทและสมรรถนะใหม่ของผู้สอน นักออกแบบระบบการศึกษาและ บรรณารักษ์ ระบบการบริหารจัดการ ระบบการจัดการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ ระบบการบริการสนับสนุนการศึกษาทางไกล ระบบและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ดิจิทัล และ 2) ผลการนำกลยุทธ์ตามกรอบการพัฒนาไปทดลองใช้ พบว่า ผู้ข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งผู้สอน บรรณารักษ์ และนักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจมาก ได้รับประโยชน์จากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และตระหนักบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนานักศึกษา
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นแนวทางแก่สถาบันการศึกษาและหน่วยงานทีเกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ในการขับเคลื่อนเรื่องการรู้สารสนเทศ สื่อและดิจิทัลในสภาพแวดล้อมการศึกษาแบบเปิดและการเรียนรู้ทางไกล ในภาวะที่การศึกษาและการเรียนออนไลน์เป็นความปกติใหม่ของสังคม และทุกคนเป็นนักศึกษาหรือผู้เรียนทางไกลผ่านการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์
