Abstract

The research aims to study Factor of Affecting to Work Efficiency for Material Supply  of Administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III  (1) to study Factor of affecting to work efficiency for material supply  of administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III (2) to compare Factor of affecting to work efficiency for material supply  of administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III. Classified by personal characteristics such as gender, age, education level Operational line  Type of position in the line of work and duration of work The sample group used in this research was 278 165 males and 113 females court personnel under the supply  of administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire on Factor of affecting to work efficiency for material supply  of administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III. The statistics used in data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. Deviation, t-Test and F-Test and Multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follows:  1) Factor of affecting to work efficiency for material supply  of administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III  in all 5 aspects, the overall average was at a high level. The mean in order from highest to lowest was the experience in handling parcels. in terms of the policy of the executives knowledge and understanding of work Organizational structure and Morale and Progression. 2) Comparison of Factor of affecting to work efficiency for material supply  of administrative office of the Court of Justice, Region III classified by personal characteristics found that the sample group had sex, age, educational level. Operational line Type of position in the line of work and duration of work different There was a statistically significant difference in opinion at the .01 level.
