Subject: Temporary Suspension of Article Submissions

The Journal of Local Governance and Innovation wishes to inform you that it is necessary to temporarily suspend article submissions in order to manage articles currently undergoing the peer review process and to improve the journal's operational processes to be more efficient and in line with national and international academic journal standards.

The purpose of this action is to:

Increase the efficiency and quality of the article review process.

Reduce the time required for review and publication.

Develop a systematic, transparent, and verifiable journal management system.

The journal will be temporarily suspended from now until further notice.

Articles submitted before this announcement will continue to undergo the normal review process until completion, without affecting the rights of the authors.

The journal will announce the new submission deadline via the ThaiJO website at a later date.

The editorial board apologizes for any inconvenience caused and thanks all authors and interested parties for their continued trust in the journal.

Announcement Regarding the Change to Article Numbering System to Article ID (e-Location ID)

Journal of Local Governance and Innovation

To elevate the journal's publication standards to align with the Thai Citation Index (TCI) quality assessment criteria and the best practices of international academic journals, from 2026 onwards, the journal requires all published articles to use the Article ID (e-Location ID) system instead of sequential page numbering for the online format. The Article ID is a unique code for each article and has the format eX.

Simultaneously, all articles will be registered with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) under the Crossref system using the DOI prefix:
10.65205/jlgisrru

The standard DOI display format is:
https://doi.org/10.65205/jlgisrru.YYYY.eX

Where:
YYYY = Year of Publication (AD)
e = electronic article
X = Article Number (corresponding to the Submission ID in the ThaiJo system)

The purpose of using the Article ID system is to ensure accurate, clear, and standardized identification, referencing, and searching in academic databases, consistent with journal publication in the digital age.

Articles published before this announcement can continue to use the old DOI format as usual, without affecting their academic status and value.

Journal of Local Governance and Innovation
We would like to announce that the journal will begin using DOI (Digital Object Identifier) ​​codes via the Crossref system for all articles from "Year 9, Issue 3 (2025)" onwards.
The implementation of the DOI system elevates journal quality to meet international standards.
It supports assessments based on the 2025 Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) criteria,
supports traceability,
maintains article permanence,
and enhances academic transparency.

Purpose of DOI (Crossref) Usage:
It supports the 2025 Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) Academic Rank Assessment Criteria,
enables articles to be verified in an international database (Crossref Metadata),
enhances the credibility of articles and journals,
prevents duplicate publications, and enhances transparency. Facilitates citation and searching in various systems, such as Google Scholar.
This is an important foundation for future DOAJ/ACI/Scopus upgrades.

ตามที่ท่านอาจทราบถึงสถานการณ์ชายแดนไทย–กัมพูชาที่เกิดขึ้นในช่วงเวลานี้ ซึ่งพื้นที่ดังกล่าวเป็นที่ตั้งของหน่วยงานหลักของกองบรรณาธิการวารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น และมีบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติภารกิจในพื้นที่ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ราชการ

It has come to our attention that certain individuals or groups are falsely claiming to represent the Journal of Local Governance and Innovation in order to collect fees for article publication. These parties claim to offer services including article writing, formatting, submission, and even securing acceptance letters from the journal.

The Journal of Local Governance and Innovation would like to clarify that it has no policy of charging such fees, and has never authorized any external individuals or groups to act on its behalf under any circumstances.

To avoid being deceived, individuals wishing to submit articles for publication should contact the journal only through its official communication channels. If you encounter suspicious behavior or are contacted by someone falsely claiming to represent the journal, please do not respond and notify the journal immediately.

เรียน ผู้นิพนธ์ ทุกท่าน
ตามที่วารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่นได้ดำเนินการขอหมายเลขรหัสทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัล หรือ ตัวระบุวัตถุดิจิทัล (ดีโอไอ) (Digital Object Identifier : DOI) สำหรับทุกบทความที่ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น ตั้งแต่ปี 2566 เป็นต้นไป นั้น

บัดนี้วารสารขอแจ้งว่า ทุกบทความที่ตีพิมพ์ ตั้งแต่ปี 2566 ในวารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น ได้ทำการบันทึกรหัสทรัพยากรสารสนเทศดิจิทัล DOI เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว และขอให้ท่านตรวจสอบรหัส DOI ผ่านระบบ ThaiJo ของวารสาร https://so03.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JLGISRRU/issue/view/17403

ขอแจ้งคำชี้แจงขั้นตอนการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์วารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น

วารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น มีค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์
- บทความวิจัย/ บทความวิชาการ ภาษาไทย 3,000 บาท/บทความ
- บทความวิจัย/ บทความวิชาการ  ภาษาอังกฤษ 4,500 บาท/ บทความ

คำชี้แจงขั้นตอนการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์วารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น
1. ขอให้ผู้นิพนธ์ส่งไฟล์เอกสารผ่านระบบ ThaiJo ประกอบด้วย
    1.1 บทความวิจัย/บทความวิชาการ ในรูปแบบไฟล์ Word จำนวน 1 ไฟล์
    1.2 แบบฟอร์มส่งบทความ จำนวน 1 ไฟล์
    กรุณาดูคำแนะนำสำหรับผู้นิพนธ์ (Click)

2. เมื่อไฟล์เอกสารครบถ้วนแล้ว ทางกองบรรณาธิการจะพิจารณาบทความเบื้องต้น ตามข้อกำหนดของวารสาร หากผ่านการพิจารณาบทความเบื้องต้น ทางวารสารจะแจ้งให้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์วารสารก่อนการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพบทความ

3. ช่องทางการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์วารสาร กำหนดให้โอนชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์วารสารผ่านทางบัญชีธนาคาร โดยผู้นิพนธ์จะได้รับแจ้งจากเจ้าหน้าที่วารสารเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ เมื่อชำระค่าธรรมเนียมเรียบร้อยแล้ว กรุณาจัดส่งหลักฐานการชำระเงินที่อีเมล jlgisrru@srru.ac.th โดยระบุ 1) ชื่อ - สกุล ผู้นิพนธ์ 2) ชื่อบทความ 3) สลิปการโอน

หมายเหตุ: การชำระค่าธรรมเนียมในการตีพิมพ์วารสารทุกรายการ เป็นค่าดำเนินการของวารสาร ซึ่งหากบทความของท่านไม่ผ่านการพิจารณาให้ตีพิมพ์ลงในวารสารการบริหารการปกครองและนวัตกรรมท้องถิ่น จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และถูกปฏิเสธการลงตีพิมพ์ ทางวารสารจะไม่คืนเงินค่าตีพิมพ์วารสารดังกล่าว
