Abstract

The objectives of this study were to study characteristics affecting natural resource management and the environment of the natural resources and environmental protection volunteer network. The results showed that most of the respondents in the development, the practical model, vacation time, and use of the venue within the sub-district. Overall, it was high when considering each aspect. It found that the aspect with the highest average was participation in natural resources and environmental conservation, attitude towards natural resources and environment, and public relations and knowledge transfer about natural resources, and environment, respectively. The research finds that the network must be a change leader who has good communication skills and can influence others. Leadership potential and traits are required in managing the group and expressing diverse conceptual ideas to a common conclusion for all parties.
