A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving surveys of 400 tourists and in-depth interviews with 15 key stakeholders. Findings revealed that the image of tourist attraction management had the most direct and significant influence on sustainable tourism goals, with community participation and IT also being highly important. Qualitative data emphasized the need for environmental preservation, the adoption of digital technology, and fostering community engagement. Based on these results, the study proposes the MCSP Model for sustainable reservoir tourism. This integrated model comprises four key components: Management Structure (for coordination), Collaborative Management (for shared governance), Sustainable Tourism Goals (as strategic aims), and Policy &amp; Regulation (for guidance).
