Abstract
This research aimed to study: (1) study the level of performance of military officers, Division 8, Security Center. Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters (2) To study the level of motivation for the performance of military personnel, Division 8, Security Center Thai Armed Forces Headquarters (3) A comparative study of the performance level of the military officers, Division 8, Security Center, on the operational achievement. Classified by personal factors and (4) Suggest guidelines for development and increase the level of performance of military officials, Division 8, Security Center. The sample is 160 personned of military officers, Division 8, Security Center. Data were collected using questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis test was statistically T-test. and F-test (One-way ANOVA) and Pearson's correlation coefficient. and interviews with the Commander in Chief of Military Service Division 8, Security Center with in-depth interviews. The results showed that Level of achievement in the performance of military officials, Division 8, Security Center The value is not less than 80 percent, which accepts the hypothesis set. Level of achievement in the performance of military officials, Division 8, Security Center There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level which was consistent with the hypothesis. An analysis of the relationship between various factors and the level of performance of military officers, Division 8 found that the results of the comparative analysis of job motivation with different personal factors There was no statistically significant difference in the performance achievement level at the 0.05 level and the results of the analysis of the relationship between motivation. There was no relationship with performance achievement. of military officials, Division 8, Security Center
