THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TRAINING CURRICULUM MODEL TO ENHANCE CONTINUOUS LEARNING COMPETENCY TO DEVELOP ROUTINE WORK INTO RESEARCH (R2R) OF GENERAL SUPPORT UNIVERSITY AT MAHIDOL UNIVERSITY

The objectives of this study were to develop a training course model to enhance continuous learning capacity to develop a full-time job into research (R2R) of general support university employees Mahidol University. The results of the study found that 1) Problems and the need for continuous improvement of learning competencies in order to develop a full-time job into a research work of general support university employees Mahidol University at a high level. 2) Training courses to enhance continuous learning competency to develop a full-time job into research of university employees in general support university employees Mahidol University found that the consistency index was 0.93 and the suitability of the curriculum was at the highest level. 3) The average score before training-after training After training, it was higher than before with an average of 14 points before training. Assessment of activities after the training course to enhance continuous learning capacity to develop a full-time job into a research unit, overall, with an average of 82.66%. Assessment results of writing an R2R research project after training was 81.69%. Satisfaction Assessment Results Training courses at a high level.
