Abstract

Increasing of the ability of households and Community Enterprises in Thailand depends on 8 independent factors such as government policy, government support and community standards, organizational culture, participatory management, local knowledge, human resource development, production management, marketing management and accounting management. Furthermore, it also depends on other factors based on the conceptual ideas from the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Those 21 ideas include risk taking, aim to success, initiative, target bond, convincing ability, hard working, lessons from pass experience, management ability and leadership skill, self-confidence, good vision, responsibility, enthusiasm, knowledge thirst, good decision making and determination, putting less hope on others, looking at present situation, ability to adapt to environment, humbleness, cooperation and competition, saving for future, and honesty.
