การเขียนบำบัดสำหรับความวิตกกังวลในการสอบ

บทคัดย่อ
การเขียนบำบัดเป็นการบำบัดเพื่อระบายความรู้สึกรูปแบบหนึ่งที่นำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในกระบวนการทำจิตบำบัดมาอย่างยาวนานและเป็นวิธีการบำบัดที่นำไปปฏิบัติได้ค่อนข้างง่าย ผู้บำบัดควรมีความเชี่ยวชาญและผ่านการฝึกอบรมการเขียนบำบัด จากการศึกษาพบว่ามีหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์เกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ของการเขียนบำบัดต่อการลดระดับความวิตกกังวลในการสอบและการพัฒนาผลการเรียนของนักเรียนวัยรุ่นให้ดีขึ้นได้ เนื่องจากนักเรียนได้ระบายหรือเปิดเผยความคิด อารมณ์ และความรู้สึกออกมาอย่างอิสระแทนที่จะเก็บเอาไว้แล้วส่งผลเสียต่อประสิทธิภาพในการสอบ บทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับประวัติของการเขียนบำบัด แนวคิดความวิตกกังวลในการสอบ หลักการเขียนบำบัด การเขียนบำบัดเชิงการรักษา ผลของการเขียนบำบัดต่อระดับความวิตกกังวลในการสอบ และตัวอย่างการนำการเขียนบำบัดไปใช้ในทางปฏิบัติเพื่อเป็นแนวทางเลือกหนึ่งในการปรับใช้ทางคลินิกได้อย่างเหมาะสม
