Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of innovative organizations on the business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand’s accommodation service sector. The participants of this study were 400 SME entrepreneurs in the accommodation service sector who are members of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. The study employed a purposive sampling technique to recruit 400 SME entrepreneurs who are members of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multiple regression analysis). The findings revealed that innovative organizations have a significant influence on the business performance of SMEs in Thailand’s accommodation service sector, with the impact being at a high level (statistical significance at the 0.05 level).
