Abstract

The objective of the present study was to investigate the impact of organizational environment on work life quality of personnel at Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization. Using a proportional sampling method, the data were collected trough a questionnaire distributed to 235 government officials at Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization during February – May, 2022. The obtained data were later analyzed using  descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multi linear regression analysis. The results showed that organizational environment participants’ work life quality was influenced by organizational structure, rewards and punishment, and conflict with a prediction efficiency of 79.80 %.  It is hoped that the findings of this study can be a guideline for human resource management of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Administrative Organization to improve work environment to meet the needs of the personnel by taking into account work life quality, which will lead to continuous and sustainable organizational development.
