Abstract

The objective of this research is to study factors related to the use of digital payment platforms in tourism businesses. The questionnaire was used to collect data with a sample size of 343 tourism business entrepreneurs from four provinces as follows Chainat, Lopburi, Singburi, Angthong and the tourists. Statistical analysis used for this study includes frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation as well as point biserial correlation statistics. The results showed that the social factor and the risk factor which can relate to behavior of using digital payment platforms for tourism businesses. The results from the hypothesis testing found that the age and education level are related to the behavior of using digital payment platforms in terms of credit card use, QR code payment, and mobile application payment.
