Main Feature of Agricultural Cooperatives Manager in Surin Province

The objectives of this research were to : study contexts, problems, and obstacles and study the main feature of agricultural cooperatives manager in surin province. The research was Qualitative Research, using Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research This research used Delphi Technique to collect information from agricultural cooperatives manager and experts in surin province 18 persons and then were developed to collect the opinion data from 200 persons who were property for entrepreneur vehicle inspection in order to receive the information for analyzing the precision of structure of the core competence of entrepreneur vehicle inspection. The research used Confirmatory Factor Analysis to through the SPSS program. The study found that :There were participants participated in this study. The number of male respondents was 74.20% and the number of female respondents was 25.80%. Respondents during 36-40 years old, 35.46% are during 31-35 years old, 33.01% are lower than 30 years old 21.84% are higher than 40 years old, 9.69%. According to education, got a bachelor degree, 44.25% graduated a high school, 34.77% graduated a primary school, 18.39% and graduated higher than bachelor, 2.59%. Basing on an income of participants, get a monthly income during 20,001-30,000 baht, 37.36% get a monthly income during 10,001-20,000 baht, 33.70% get a monthly income higher than 30,000 baht, 11.70% and get a monthly income lower than 5,000 baht, 17.24%. The skills were found to be at a high level. Considering each element, it was found that the use of words, the behavioral skills were found to be very high. The writing skills, language skills there is a secondary demand, respectively. The knowledge were found to at a high level. Considering each element, it was found that the knowledge of methods, the knowledge about general management were found to be very high. The Technical knowledge, the knowledge in other matters there is a secondary demand, respectively. The motivation were found to be very high. The motivation that comes from yourself, the motivation from outsiders, the motivation that comes from members and staff were found to be very high. The core competencies were found to at a high level. Considering each element, it was found that the Internal. The Internal organization, the leadership were found to be very high. The attitude, the other aspects there is a secondary demand, respectively.
