About the Journal 
          Academic Journal of Management Technology (AJMT) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus from 2020 until present in an online format.

Aims 
          - To publish original research and scholarly articles in multidisciplinary areas related to humanities and social sciences, business administration, and related fields of researchers inside and outside the university to encourage and support researchers to disseminate their cutting-edge work.
          - To be a medium to encourage and support continuous research.
          - To encourage knowledge exchange among researchers, scholars, students, and the general public.

 Types of Articles          
          - Research Articles: original full reports of research work carried out by the authors.
          - Academic Articles: articles that summarize a review of literature of scholarly work, which may analyze and synthesize new bodies of knowledge with an emphasis on providing understanding or presenting new academic perspectives.

Publication Frequency 
          - Academic Journal of Management Technology is a triannual journal, that publishes 3 issues per year (From Vol.5 No.1, 2024):

Issue 1 : January - April
Issue 2 : May - August
Issue 3 : September - December

Peer Review Process   
          - Authors can submit their manuscripts on the condition that the manuscripts are not published elsewhere or not being considered for publication elsewhere.
          - All the articles submitted to the journal are subject to a double-blind peer review process, in which 3 anonymous reviewers evaluate and comment on the submitted manuscripts.
          - Authors are encouraged to strictly follow the submission guidelines designated by AJMT.
          - Manuscripts being submitted must be arranged in the specified templates.
          - The submitted manuscripts must not include non-original items without permission from copyright holders.    
          - Manuscripts to undergo a peer-review process must be checked by the editorial board for similarity index. The acceptable percentage of similarity of AJMT is 20%.

Registration Fee   
          Publishing an article in AJMT is free of charge.

Open Access Policy    
          AJMT provides immediate open access to full-text or full-volume downloads as soon as articles have been uploaded to the journal’s website.
