This study comprehensively investigates the economic returns and supply chain management practices of the Sato Saded-Num agribusiness in Yala Province, while systematically developing practical action plans through business scenario simulation. Employing a purposive sampling approach, empirical data were collected from 22 key stakeholders, including farmers, local collectors, and processors across five districts. The robust methodology integrated economic return recording forms, detailed supply chain interviews, and interactive simulation workshops, which were analyzed utilizing content analysis, heat maps, and value chain calculations. The findings demonstrate that a maximum fresh pod purchase price of five baht ensures optimal profitability, yielding net profits up to 3,306.25 baht for processed seeds. Crucially, even the highly profitable entrepreneurs currently lack systematic supply chain collaboration, particularly regarding joint problem-solving. Following the scenario simulation training, participating stakeholders in Thanto and Yaha districts successfully initiated concrete supply chain improvements. Ultimately, this research highlights that establishing strategic collaborative networks and equitable benefit-sharing mechanisms are imperative for the long-term sustainability of this local enterprise.
