FORMULATION OF GENERAL INSURANCE FUND STRATEGY FOR A PERIOD OF 5 YEARS (2023-2027)

Abstract

The General Insurance Fund is a legal entity that protects creditors entitled to receive insurance claim payments when a company’s license is revoked. It aims to enhance stability and security within the general insurance sector. A clear five-year strategic plan (2023-2027) must be developed to ensure effective strategic management, aligning with key master plans, including the national strategy and the fourth insurance development plan. This plan will analyze internal and external environments. It will include a vision, mission, core values, and four strategic initiatives: 1) Accelerating debt repayments to foster system stability and confidence, 2) Enhancing personnel capacity, 3) Promoting innovation and digital technology, and 4) Establishing a collaborative ecosystem for stakeholders. Additionally, the plan will specify strategies, expected outputs, outcomes, performance indicators, and targets for three- and five-year periods, along with project examples that support its operational objectives.
